Terms of Use

You may process only files and text you own or are authorized to edit. You are responsible for obtaining permission, choosing the fields to remove, reviewing the clean report, keeping any necessary original, and determining whether use or publication of the result complies with copyright, privacy, evidence, records, employment, education, identity, platform, and other applicable rules.

The default metadata preset protects recognized author, copyright, license, attribution, and rights-holder fields. If a separately confirmed Full Metadata Reset is available, selecting it does not give you permission to remove those rights records. It only confirms your instruction to the local tool.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire and are consumed only when a paid Deep Clean task is accepted for processing. The exact credit quote is shown before submission. A technical failure returns that task's credits automatically; a successful task is not refundable merely because a third-party detector, aesthetic preference, or platform label differs from what you hoped.

Each completed paid Deep Clean task includes one no-charge retry on the same retained source. The retry may switch Standard and Precision at the same strength or move one adjacent strength in the same mode. It expires when the source becomes unavailable after 24 hours. A failed retry does not consume the entitlement. You must keep your account access secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized use.

We may fix, limit, suspend, or withdraw a feature when needed for security, legal compliance, accuracy, or maintenance. We may block abusive requests and preserve ordinary security records. Use of the local tools does not create a right to stored projects or continued availability of a feature.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright Policy, and Refund Policy form the current public rules for the service.
