Refund Policy

A paid task is charged once at the server-verified quote before processing. If submission definitely does not start, the provider reports a technical failure, or the generated file cannot be validated and opened, the task's credits are returned automatically. We do not add a second charge after a task finishes.

A completed task is best-effort and is not a detector guarantee. Visual preference, a detector result, or a platform label alone is not a technical failure and does not automatically return credits. Contact support for a duplicated or incorrect charge without sending a full card number, security code, password, or sensitive identity document.

Except for duplicate or erroneous charges, rights required by applicable law, or a remedy we expressly approve, completed credit-pack purchases are generally final because credits are delivered to the account immediately. Any approved money refund is returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on Stripe, the card network, and the financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, refund, chargeback, or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the published support address with the account email, approximate payment date, and Stripe receipt or transaction reference so the request can be located.
