Automatic technical-failure refund
A provider-confirmed technical failure returns reserved credits automatically. An ambiguous provider outcome must be reconciled rather than guessed.
One free retry
A completed task will include one server-enforced retry for the same user, source file and parent task. Technical failures will not consume that entitlement.

Credits, refunds and scope
Is metadata cleanup really free?
Yes. Supported metadata, EXIF, GPS, C2PA and AI generation fields can be cleaned without purchasing credits.
What uses credits?
Credits are only used for GPU-powered processing such as Standard Deep Clean and Precision Deep Clean.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits do not expire.
What happens if processing fails?
Credits are automatically returned when a task fails for a technical reason.
Can I retry a result?
Each completed Deep Clean task includes one retry using the same source file.
Does Deep Clean guarantee that SynthID is removed?
No. Deep Clean regenerates image pixels and may reduce supported embedded signals, but third-party detectors and watermarking systems change over time. No detection outcome is guaranteed.
Can I clean any image?
Only upload content you own or have permission to edit. Removing rights information or visible copyright watermarks from third-party content may violate law or platform rules.
